Ordering and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Order Acceptance

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused Products. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Digital products and subscription services are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of NeuroCrystal Kitchen or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
